Why convert files to PDF format?

PDF files are relatively smaller in file size than other documents. It is easier to transfer the file to other person via internet after you convert the file to PDF given the smaller size. If you need to send someone your document, however, do not wish that person to amend your file, converting it to PDF will aid to reduce chances of that person modify your file.

After installation, when you want to convert your file to PDF file, use the same print command like normal printing, however, select the printer name “CutePDF Writer” instead.

After you click “Print”, a new “Save As” window will prompt you to save your new PDF file at your desired location.
